Defective Merchandise:
If the product defect is determined to be a manufacturing defect, at the customer's request:
- Product will be repaired, replaced or price of product refunded.
- Shipping will be paid by Wetnoz Products USA, LLC
If defect reported is unusual, upon approval by Wetnoz management:
- Product will be repaired or replaced or credit will be issued toward the purchase of other Wetnoz Products
